Print Design: Safomasi x Indelust

We were commissioned by ethical retailer Indelust to design and make an exclusive range of gender neutral baby gifts and festive table linens with global appeal.

Baby Range Print Design by Safomasi

We designed a simple and sweet pattern illustrating mother and baby animals from around the world, to be used on a range of baby products. Featuring farmyard animals alongside exotic zebras, kangaroos and dolphins, the charming design has broad appeal.

The pattern was hand screen printed onto cotton in pastel shades of blue, pink and grey. The product range consisted of cot bedding and bibs; gifts that are both practical and stylish and suit all genders.

Festive Table Linen Print Design by Safomasi

We were briefed to design a print for festive table linens with global appeal. Our design took inspiration from the fact that at Christmas and Diwali, and in festivals around the world, people celebrate and get into the festive spirit by decorating with lights. We illustrated an illuminated cityscape, referencing different styles of architecture.

We hand screen printed the design in subtle grey tone, using gold ink for the strings of fairy lights to add shine. The quirky yet elegant print is easy to style and brings tasteful and understated glamour to a festive table setting.
