Inspired by the landscape of Cappadocia in Turkey, this colourful hand woven wool dhurrie will make a wonderful wall hanging or unique rug for a compact space.

There is the option to purchase just the rug, or the rug ready to hang with tabs sewn on the back and a wooden dowel hanger.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Flatweave wool rug with hand-tied tassels.
Handwoven in Bhadohi, India.
If purchasing with hanging tabs it will be supplied with a wooden rod and cord hanger that can be tied to adjust the hanging height, like our wall hangings here.
Each rug is handmade so there will be small variations in the weave, size and shape of motifs.
Colours are represented as accurately as possible but may vary slightly from what is seen on screen.

MATERIALS & CARE

100% wool.
Vacuum regularly. Avoid the tassel edging and using a beater brush/bar so as not to damage the rug.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth. Do not rub stains.
Do not dry clean or wash.
Consult a professional rug cleaner as required.
Rugs in direct sunlight will fade over time. To prevent this, keep in a shaded spot and close curtains or blinds when the room is not in use.
Rotate periodically for even wear.
